  • What experience does RKH have?
    RK Hansen Construction opened their doors in 2018. Prior to 2018 this team has over 15 years of experince in the construction industry from prior jobs, licensing, and on-the-job training.
  • Are you licensed & insured?
    Yes! We are a liscened general contractor company & are insured throughout the state of Florida.
  • Do you only build from exsisting floor plans? Can I supply my own? Can you supply custom plans?
    We accept client plans. We also pride ourselves on building homes "from concept to creation" by taking your ideas, developing custom plans, and building your dream residence.
  • What features are standard in the homes you build? What are the upgrade options?
    Our homes are customized by the owners. From floor plans to tile selctions, every detail through out the home is personal. Our most popular tile & cabient duo features 12 X 48 plank tile and shaker style cabinents to accent. Upgarde options are based on our clients budget, vision, & specific home needs.
  • When and how can I make changes or upgrades throughout the building process? Do all descision need to finialized before we break groud?
    Although it is best to have everything planned prior to construction, changes can be made thoughout the process but may include addtional costs & time allowance.
  • How long will it take to build my home?
    Every home build varies. We ensure to have your build running as quickly as possible from plan development to completeion.
  • How and when will the final cost of my home be determined?
    Once the final plans are approved, we meet with the owners to select finishes and after this point we can develop your pricing.
  • Does RKH offer financing?
    Yes! We offer loans from $1,000-$100,000.
